USCIS IS DOING THIS TO HELP APPLICANTS..

When you send an application to USCIS and there is a document missing, you will receive a letter form USCIS called RFE or if you don’t send the document on time, you will receive NOID if USCIS determine that the applicant is not eligible and they will deny your application.
