Hi Monde, so I watched your video about Concurrent and a little bit confused. I’m about to file to for my husband but I want to file everything I-130 petition with I-485 adjustment of status form together and am a US citizen so how do I go about it please because in your video to my understanding you said you need to wait till the person is the US before filing for green-card and also do you help in filling out immigration forms let me know and thank you.
Hello Veronica,
This is not a legal advice: You can only file for I-130 and I-485 concurrently if your relative already lives in the U.S. In case your relative lives overseas then you will file just the I-130 and he or she will get the green card upon arrival to the U.S. on immigrant visa. Unfortunately we are not accepting any I-130 assistance request at the moment. Thanks
