For some of you guys who petition for your relatives, you know how important affidavit of support is and how demanding it is to file it. Fortunately not everybody who file i-130 petition will file affidavit of support form and there is a form called I-864W which is an exempt form of the regular I-864. The US government recently got rid of the I-864W and people who are required to file such form are confused and don’t know what to do and that’s what today’s video is about. In this video i talk about things you must do if you are qualified to file the old I-864W or your are exempt to file affidavit of support in general.
