Today’s video is about difference between us travel document and passport.
So many people think they can use us travel document as us passport but in reality there is a big difference between both of them.
Us travel document can only be used by asylee, refugee and lawful permanent resident. on the other hand us passport can only be used by us citizen. A refugee, asylee and lawful permanent can not apply for us passport. let say an asylee wants to travel to one of European country, he or she should get a visa in the travel document to do so but it’s not the case with somebody who is using us passport. With us passport, you can travel to Europe without visa and can stay up to three months.
The similarity between us travel document and passport is that, both of them belong to us government.
