Some of you guys whose cases were approved by USCIS and are waiting for NVC welcome letter, there is an update for you. This update is about cases NVC (National Visa Center) is working on as well as documents they are reviewing and emails they are responding too. If your I-130 case or I-140 case is approved about 6 weeks or 2 months ago and the petitioner in your case is US citizen, chances are NVC starts working on your cases.
