US CONSULATE UPDATE OF 2 OTHER COUNTRIES | NVC UPDATE (CASES, DOCUMENTS,EMAIL)

Good morning my beautiful people. This is John from USA MONDE and welcome back to our site, if it’s your first time here as always welcome. On this site I help newcomers, permanent residents and also US Citizens regarding their immigration questions. Sometimes I give advice to newcomers to the United States of America based on my own experience regarding what they are supposed to do and what they aren’t supposed to do in order to have a better life here in the US. In today’s post, I am going to talk about case documents and email NVC (National visa center) is working on this week And also check US Consulate update of  two other countries. Some of you guys who are petitioners I know you’re kind of anxious and want to know when NVC will contact you after your case moves to their level . Some of you guys whose case is already at NVC, well they announced on their website that they are working on cases they received from USCIS on November 20th 2020 which is like 10 days ago so at this point NVC is  going to create a visa case for you, going to enter all your petition information into their system and then will send you an instruction letter, a welcome letter with your case number and invoice ID which you are going to use to login into NVC CEAC (Computer Electronic Application Center). Once you login, you are going to pay fees like the immigrant visa fee, Affidavit of Support fees,  submit different documents for the petitioner and also the beneficiary. Once you submit those documents. NVC will review them and then contact you to let you know if they are accepted or not. If they are not accepted, NVC will let you know the reason why. Unfortunately NVC is reviewing documents of people who are not affected by the immigration suspension first. If you are affected by the immigration suspension it’s going to take a little time before NVC reviews your document, but once your documents are accepted then NVC will schedule an interview appointment for you at the US Consulate. You will receive an appointment letter from NVC regarding the date,  the time and the location of your appointment. Since most of the US Consulates didn’t resume their visa Services yet NVC cannot schedule an appointment for you even if you are documentary qualified. Today NVC announced on their website that they are reviewing documents they received on September 6th 2020. The third update today is going to be an email update. Some of you guys who sent  emails to NVC regarding different questions well they announced on their website today that they are responding to emails they received on November 23rd which is like seven days ago. If you are someone who sent emails to NVC 7 days ago, chances are they are responding to your email so please make sure you check your email box so you don’t miss any email coming from NVC. The US Embassy in Nepal resumed partial immigrant Visa services, they are able to process Visa for spouse and children of US citizens. The US Consulate in Kenya still didn’t resume their visa Services yet so please  keep checking their website for new updates.  I hope you like this post and  thank you for reading it.
