    Here is the statement: THE I-130, Petition for Alien Relative has been received by our office for the following beneficiaries and is in Process.

    Ma question: WHAT SHOULD I DO FROM HERE.

    1. Hello, you have to wait until USCIS approves your case and send you the approval letter. If the petitioner in US citizen, it can take 6 to 8 months before USCIS approves the case, but in case the petitioner is green card holder, it can take more than that. Thanks
