UPDATE | DOCUMENTS NVC IS REVIEWING THIS WEEK AND WHY

After your i-130 case is approved by USCIS, send to NVC (National Visa Center), you will receive a welcome letter with instruction regarding how to start the immigrant visa process. One part of the process is to upload petitioner and applicant’s documents to NVC CEAC (Computer Electronic Application Center). After submission, NVC will review you documents and notify you about the next step in case your documents are accepted or ask you to upload the document again if there is a mistake.
